SM-J1 Double Drop Glass Ball Making Machine

Overview

XDJ double drop ball making machine is a new type of ball making machine which is independently developed by our factory and has independent intellectual property rights. The ball machine has the advantages of easy installation, simple operation, smooth operation, low failure rate, convenient maintenance and high production efficiency.

Installation

This ball making machine uses industrial 380V, 50Hz three-phase power source (three-phase AC asynchronous motor Y112M-6 2.2KW 940 rpm 380V). The ground wire is required during installation. And first level the foundation ground, the angle between the dome roller and the horizontal ground does not exceed 5°; meanwhile, ensure the foundation is stable and prevent harmful vibration during operation.

Operation

1. Connect the power cord according to the motor wiring requirements.

2. Check whether the belt cover and gear cover are installed properly.

3. Check whether the clamping bolt of the cutter head is tight, and add gear oil to the gearbox and gear oil tank.

4. Check all parts for looseness.

5. After confirming that all are intact and safe, jog the test drive.

6. The ball machine is equipped with a clutch device. Please confirm whether the drum is rotating in the correct direction (standing on the side of the gearbox, the drum should rotate anticlockwise).

7. Before the production of the dome camera, please install the scissors first. The pressure of the scissors is moderate to ensure that the scissors are parallel to each other. When cutting the dovetail recess of each pair of scissors, the overlap length should be about 10mm.

8. After the scissors are installed, the divider gives cooling water, and then enters the car for debugging and production. Please note that more than two people should coordinate the operation during the commissioning of the car. One person should shake into the driver's wheel and enter the car. The other person should hold the cutter and adjust the cutting Angle to ensure that the cutting material drops into the feeding groove.

9. Adjust the brake to make the length and width of the material drop uniform.

10. Adjust the use of clutch, etc., so that the shearing material and the divider, the divider and drum synchronization.

12. When there are gradually formed hot balls in the groove between the rollers, observe the alignment of the groove, observe the gap between the adjacent two rollers, and make groping and reasonable adjustment until the finished ball is qualified.

13. When the surface temperature of the drum reaches about 100℃, all the rollers shall give cooling water. However, it shall be noted that the temperature of the drum shall not be too low to prevent insufficient pressure and the production of defective balls such as oil and rust.

Maintenance

1. Regularly check the lubricant condition of all transmission parts during normal production and replenish it in time.

2. Shear frequency is controlled within 210 times / min during normal production.

3. Regular replacement of wearing parts to prevent joint losses.

4. When the dome camera is idle for a long time, cut off the power cord, apply grease to the surface of the drum and each transmission part, and take measures to prevent dust and rain.
